The hotel has a great appearance and everything was perfect. I stayed in a double room with climate control and a flat-screen television. - the property is situated in a quiet location, close to downtown, the beach, and the restaurants.

It was all superb.

The hotel's decoration was absolutely charming and elegant. I loved how they paid attention to the details, from the beautiful artwork on the walls to the cozy furniture in the common areas. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff could be a bit more attentive and considerate. Sometimes, I felt like the children working there were a bit distracted and not fully focused on their responsibilities.

loved our stay at a lovely little boutique hotel in Holbox. Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms beautifully decorated with a hammock on the balcony. Outside seating area and fresh water provided. Enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and the unique conche shell tap in the bathroom.
